Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Synthetic Biology) for integration.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure scalability and resilience of future systems.
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor senior engineers and product leaders on strategic foresight and innovation management.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology leadership, strategic consulting, or R&D.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-year technology transformations.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and System Architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
