Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for long-term technological innovations, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct deep-dive research and analysis to validate hypotheses on next-generation technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable system architectures that accommodate future growth and rapid technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Prototype & Test: Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes and MVPs for experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, technical strategy, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
