Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced computing architectures.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure technology stacks that can withstand the demands of a future-ready enterprise.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and executive leadership to translate technical vision into actionable strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex roadmaps.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding and practical experience with AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Computing, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor high-performing engineers.
