Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for technologies maturing by 2026, including AI, Quantum, and Web3.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and future-proof systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies and pilot their integration into existing products.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Act as the primary liaison between R&D and executive leadership regarding long-term tech strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading emerging tech teams.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Quantum Computing principles, and Metaverse infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
