Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.

- Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Experience managing complex, multi-year projects with significant budget and resource implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
