Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the Year 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, AR/VR, and Blockchain.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures capable of supporting next-generation applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
