Responsibilities

- AI & ML Integration: Spearhead the deployment of Generative AI and predictive modeling solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- High-Performance Systems: Design and optimize complex microservices and serverless architectures for maximum scalability.
- Innovation Research: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends (Quantum computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their potential for business application.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
- Core Tech: Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
