Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating emerging AI and quantum computing trends.
- Oversee the migration to serverless and edge computing architectures to ensure global scalability.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud security, data privacy, and system resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct technical due diligence for new technology acquisitions and partnerships.
- Mentor senior engineers and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale system redesigns and migrations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures.
