Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable software architectures that integrate quantum computing capabilities with classical machine learning models for 2026 readiness.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum mechanics theories into executable code and optimize algorithms for practical applications.
- AI Vision Strategy: Lead the technical roadmap for AI vision systems, ensuring they are robust, explainable, and aligned with ethical standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Prototyping: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept prototypes to validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
