Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technology with business goals.
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI-driven systems and autonomous agents.
- Innovation Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Generative Models, and evaluate their feasibility for our platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, robust code.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge tools and third-party technologies to enhance our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, and engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Specialization: Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive technical decisions in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
