Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Conduct architectural risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate technical debt.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in system design, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and large-scale data processing architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and high availability.
- Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
