Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology vision for 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Present strategic roadmaps and technical insights to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical architecture.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
