Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 technology roadmap and innovation vision.
- Design scalable, resilient architectures for next-generation AI and machine learning integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for future state systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Oversee the migration to decentralized systems and ensure high security standards.
- mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or system design.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic vision and technical excellence.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
