Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for our flagship AI-Quantum hybrid platform, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 market.
- Neural Network Engineering: Design and optimize deep learning models that simulate human cognitive processes, pushing the boundaries of Generative AI.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum computing algorithms into cloud-based neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies that will dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and researchers in next-gen tech stacks.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and ethical risks associated with advanced AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent years of high-level experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum programming languages (Q# or Cirq) is highly preferred.
