Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends like Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready architectures.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all forward-looking initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks in long-term technology strategies and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical strategy, or a related engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering complex products.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and a strong grasp of data engineering principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
