Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge AI models and emerging tech stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish governance frameworks for data security and AI ethics.
- Drive innovation labs focused on experimental technologies with high market potential.
- Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor industry trends to identify strategic pivots or competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy or Future Tech roles.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations and large-scale deployments.
- Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing legacy systems.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
