Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core systems for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Oversee Research & Development (R&D) initiatives to pioneer breakthrough technologies in machine learning and quantum computing integration.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Drive technical decision-making during critical project phases, evaluating trade-offs between innovation, cost, and time-to-market.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and system security.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
