Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, Advanced AI, Holographic interfaces) to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- System Scalability: Ensure all systems are built to scale, handling millions of concurrent users with zero downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and distributed systems.
