Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems that support rapid business growth and adaptation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current product ecosystems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and security frameworks for the deployment of autonomous systems and deep learning models.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
