Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap for core infrastructure.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-scale, future-proof systems.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for speculative 2026 technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Native architectures, or Quantum computing.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (5+ years out).
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical visions to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
