Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen quantum computing applications
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Architect circular tech solutions for resource optimization
- Partner with academic institutions on 2026 tech roadmapping
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture funding
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI, or Sustainable Tech with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Strong network in venture capital and federal innovation programs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience leading remote, cross-continental R&D teams
- Patents in quantum computing or sustainable tech preferred
