- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in bio-digital convergence
- Develop patent portfolios for novel AI ethics governance frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum or AI initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in decentralized systems and zero-trust architectures
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future technology paradigms
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FAA, FDA, etc.)
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies for tech disruption
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
