Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-secure infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams developing AI-human symbiosis frameworks
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives targeting net-positive impact
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Fluency in tech ecosystem mapping and patent strategy
