Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning breakthrough research with market-ready solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate disruptive opportunities for commercial application
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor talent and foster an experimental culture where bold ideas thrive
- Drive prototype development from concept to minimum viable product
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging interfaces (AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture partnerships
