- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders for collaborative innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated success in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, sustainable tech, or neurotech interfaces
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic horizons
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT)
