- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Organize annual Future Tech Summits showcasing 2026-ready prototypes
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 7+ years in tech innovation with proven 2020s disruption track record
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Portfolio of launched products with >$10M annual revenue impact
