Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, prototyping, and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
