Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging hardware technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
