Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Design and execute innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring tech adoption impact
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
- Mentor emerging tech specialists through our Future Leaders program
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
- Champion ethical tech development frameworks across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
