Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap
- Drive R&D in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage a team of 8-12 multidisciplinary researchers and engineers
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Develop and track KPIs for technology adoption and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience building and leading high-performance technical teams
