Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to uncover disruptive trends and growth opportunities.
- Establish a scalable framework for technology scouting and adoption, ensuring a pipeline of next-gen innovations.
- Act as the primary evangelist for future tech vision, presenting strategies to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Mentor and develop a team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or services that have disrupted established markets.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing (demonstrated by thought leadership or portfolio).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and leading diverse, global teams in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
