Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journal
- Successful scaling of at least one billion-dollar tech initiative
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
