Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Web.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms designed for the 2026 era.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business visions into technical blueprints.
- Prioritize security, scalability, and ethical AI integration in all architectural decisions.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
