Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead the Future Tech Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to translate long-term vision into actionable quarterly goals.
- Assess and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability and integration potential within our core infrastructure.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that prepare the organization for the evolving regulatory and market landscape of 2026.
- Mentor a team of strategic planners and technology futurists, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives with a clear timeline (e.g., 3-5 year horizons).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
