Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market needs
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral data centers
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into actionable development plans
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof architecture principles
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate-tech AI
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Strong background in Python, Rust, or quantum programming languages
- Experience with decentralized architectures and Web3 infrastructure
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent research credentials
- Published work in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
