Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on quantum/AI
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech paradigms
- Expertise in federated learning, blockchain 3.0, and neural interfaces
- Successful track record scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ engineers
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Global speaking engagements at Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt, or similar
