Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for future technologies, specifically targeting autonomous systems and neural computing capabilities.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the design and testing of cutting-edge prototypes for next-gen AI agents and predictive models.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, AR/VR, Advanced ML) and integrate them into the company's product ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
