Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the definition and execution of the company’s technology roadmap leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Tech Vision: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of engineers and product designers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation initiatives and hackathons focused on future trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into technical strategy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
