Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for our core platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the end-to-end development of AI-driven solutions and next-generation algorithms from conception to deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and mid-level developers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive optimization initiatives to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential application to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and big data processing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
