- Mentor senior developers on emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2019-2024)
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ enterprise-scale quantum systems
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier-1 university
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and low-level quantum circuit design
