Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies with a focus on 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technology strategies.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology projects and teams.
- Expertise in at least one of the following: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotechnology, or Sustainable Tech.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
