Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototypes for emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure long-term system resilience.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-generation cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with data security, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
