Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term technological roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for R&D initiatives and ensure the optimal allocation of talent and resources toward high-impact projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML paradigms.
- Certification: PMP, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
