Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Architect scalable systems for advanced AI and Machine Learning integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in building the infrastructure required for future digital products.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to determine their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture.
- Proven experience leading teams in a technical capacity.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing project lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
