Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge architectures for AI-driven applications and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for products targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping to explore emerging technologies like Neuro-Linguistic Interfaces and Edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of the engineering department.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources to ensure high-efficiency delivery of high-impact projects.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to global data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and familiarity with Quantum Computing principles.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with creative, scalable technical solutions.
