Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and futuristic software and hardware architectures.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., autonomous agents, predictive AI) for integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into reality.
- Risk Management: Assess the feasibility and security risks of emerging technologies before implementation.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Innovation Experience: Proven track record of working on bleeding-edge projects or research.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executives.
