Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and executive leadershipâto prioritize high-impact projects.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into our existing infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and innovation across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and next-generation computing paradigms.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
