Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, actionable strategy that aligns emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Identify Emerging Tech Trends: Continuously monitor and evaluate breakthrough technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D initiatives focused on futuristic problem-solving.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with cutting-edge startups and research institutions.
- Executive Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in Tech Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership with a focus on long-term planning.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Futurism Expertise: Proven track record in identifying and analyzing disruptive technologies with a focus on the 2026-2030 timeframe.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation from concept to execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
