As a key member of our executive technical team, you will drive the strategic roadmap, mentor world-class engineers, and push the boundaries of what is possible in software engineering and AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead high-level architectural design for complex distributed systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced Robotics) to identify viable use cases for product integration.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and agile development methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to secure cutting-edge hardware and software resources.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
