Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable R&D initiatives
- Secure $5M+ in annual innovation funding through compelling proposals
- Develop patent-pending solutions with commercialization potential
- Mentor junior talent through our 'Future Leaders' program
- Present findings at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ industry-disrupting products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable systems from concept to market
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
